Organic Consumers Association --

Campaigning for Food Safety, Organic Agriculture, Fair Trade & Sustainability, they have been effective both in education and politically.  The Organic Consumers Association (OCA) is a grassroots non-profit public interest organization, which deals with crucial issues of food safety, industrial agriculture, genetic engineering, corporate accountability, and environmental sustainability. They are the only organization in the US focused exclusively on representing the views and interests of the nation's estimated ten million organic consumers.

Environmental Working Group --

Nutritional watchdog group.  Post updated lists of most/least pesticides in foods, articles regarding toxicity of plastics, etc. Worth checking out & supporting.

          Local neighborhood restaurant located on small private airstrip in Stow, MA. The owner is the chef & she’s           not only really good, she uses fresh, locally grown food wherever possible & is a delightful person.
